[Family:] His mother, step-father, and half-brother live in the Bronx. His father took off when he was a little kid and he has no contact with him.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Pip is tall, right at six feet, and thin as a rail. His hair is blond, chin length and occasionally brushed. His eyes are green. He burns easily, and is fairly pale.

Pip also has a number of piercings. He has for in each ear, on in his brow, a tongue ring, three lamberts, two surface piercings on his wrists (one on each), several surface priecings in along his stomach. He has one in his hip, and a few below the belt.

PERSONALITY

Pip is a friendly kid. He is willing to help anyone out that needs it, and is also willing to talk someone’s ear off. He a normal teenager who would rather play video games or skateboard than do chores. However, Pip has also had an earlier education on the hardships of life, and is fully aware of what it means to be completely ‘on your own’, and has developed a somewhat wise outlook on the world. Pip cannot bring himself to really lie, either. His honesty stems from his personal character, and his desire to be accepted in all ways. Pip has a mostly aloof opinion of his family, expressing no real care concerning his estrangement from them. Instead he worries more about Damion’s opinions and acceptance of him.

HISTORY

Pip was born in May of 1990 in Leeds. When he was three his father left, and his mother was forced to move back too London to be near her family. While the English would never claim to have a ‘bad side’ to their prize city, Pip’s youth was misspent with youths and a lack of money to indulge as many children his age did.

When he was seven his mother married her long time boyfriend, and she and Pip moved from their one room flat to a two bedroom home. While the space grew more comfortable, the home environment began to disintegrate. Pip and his step-father found little they agreed on, and stern punishment was handed down for the littlest of things. Eventually the punishment became more than a ‘go to your room’, breaking down into violent abuse in order to teach the boy to ‘be a man’.

Physically unable to fight back, Pip turned to more passive, but effective means of striking back at his image conscious step-father. When he was thirteen, Pip had his first piercing done, one in his ear. His step-father was furious, but the ring stayed. After each fight that followed, Pip had another piercing done. Eventually those piercings became tattoos.

When the boy was 16, he and his step-father had their last fight and Pip was tossed from the house and told to ‘never come back’. With only a few pounds to his name, and his pack with a change of clothing, Pip took off into the streets of London.

Sleeping on the streets, Pip stole for food, and drew pictures for a few pence from time to time. Most of his time was spent running from Police and finding places to bath or stay warm.

It was during that fall that Pip met Damion, a vampire who had been looking for a good meal and food the boy instead. For reasons neither could explain, Damion took the kid home instead and provided for him as a father would. Pip has since grown to care for Damion as a father.

WEAKNESSES

Damion is Pip’s greatest weakness. Whatever the man wishes of the boy, Pip does without…too many questions. Pip is also a terrible liar, and desperate for a friendly, safe environment. He refuses to ask for help, however. And he has a habit of freely sharing details best kept to himself. He is also a ‘mundane’ having no special powers or skills to protect him from any of the dark creatures in a world he was just introduced to.

STRENGTHS

Pip is resourceful, having learned on the street tricks to get foods, money, and place to sleep. Pip is also one of those people that insights trust in others, and is true to his word. His biggest strength though is his kinship to Damion, who protects him in almost all ways.
